Product was delivered without protective coating on the acrylic bezel and stand and it incurred scratches on the bezel. The picture was not as good as our 32XBR1 or our 46v5100. The side USB port is very difficult to access. Skin tones had a greenish tint in some scenes. Overall, I played with the settings and ultimately decided to go with the factory settings for now. I do not believe I should have to have a new Sony calibrated. I believe the set was a previously sold defective set that was returned to Sony and repackaged by Sony as “new” but I can’t prove that. I have two other Sony TV’s and both were packaged as expected. I returned the set and Amazon was first class all the way is assisting me on the return. I had no complaint about the delivery or the return of the unit. I thought Amazon was great.

The sound is excellent and I like the smaller bezel.

The set was deliverd by Pilot for Amazon.com and I was very pleased with the delivery...
